Fenton Holloway were responsible for the structural concept, detailed design and site supervision of a high quality, fast-track refurbishment of meeting and conference facilities. To maximize usable space, ground floor masonry piers were removed and supplemented with transfer structures which were designed as both the temporary and permanent works.
