Fenton Holloway's experience in fabric structures came into play for the design for the design of the Cardiff Barrage Sails. As part of the Cardiff Bay regeneration project, the sails provide a focal point and are symbolic of the maritime history of the surrounding area.
The fabric sails and supporting steelwork were designed by Fenton Holloway
