A dramatic residential building designed by Architects Holder Mathias on the last remaining site at the end of Portishead Dock. A 9-storey RC framed building cascading to lower levels with parking and A3 use at ground level. Fenton Holloway were responsible for the structural concept and detailed design for the building, external works and dockside.
