Mixed development of offices and residential units on a difficult city centre site for Linden Homes. Enabling works involved demolition, existing retaining wall stabilisation and deep foundations designed and supervised by FHL under an ICE contract. Superstructure is two levels of reinforced concrete framed offices and car parking with four storeys of load-bearing masonry and pre-cast plank floor flats over. Traditionally constructed 3-storey town houses occupy adjoin the main office and residential building.
