GULL ROCK HOUSING

Development of a prime residential plot at the mouth of the River Camel with six, large luxury oak-framed homes. A challenging site in terms of ground conditions and water drainage. A combination of oak framing, concrete podium structures and glass has produced high quality individual structures. Work was carried out in close cooperation with the frame manufacturers to optimise the frame dimensions. This project was the subject of a running television documentary.
