AIB PHASE IV : TEACHING & ADMINISTRATION BLOCK

Phase IV of our continuing involvement with the Arts Institute site in Bournemouth entailed the structural design of a Teaching & Administration Block with Architects, Lee Fitzgerald.
This four storey block & basement was constructed using a reinforced concrete frame with a lightweight steel framed roof top accommodation and dramatic internal cantilevered staircase.
